" The holders of the debentures could convert such debentures into approximately 807,466,375 shares based on the market price on March 31, 2008. "
Then how large will the O/S be then close to 2 billion?
For those who state that a focus of a share reduction is the companies next step. Yes that would be great but a share reduction would have to be coupled with an elimination of remaining CD's otherwise the share reduction is pointless if the CD's remaining could another 800 million shares to the O/S.
WE would be back to where we are now.
No news will push this over 1 cent.
I don’t see how there is anyway possible at this time to do either because both of these items takes $$$ cash to achieve and SWVC does not have the funds to do so.
If they did Why would they be entering into these CD's agreements for cash in the first place?
