Frobinso: REMAND means to return to the trial court for further proceedings. The first injunction is set aside and then the trial judge will decide how she wants to continue. Best guess is judge Batt's will want another hearing. We'll find out soon enough.

Sons: I doubt it is being heard by submission just so that justices don't have to listen to the lawyers B.S.
