Well if everyone thinks that this new document makes the case look bad,,,uhhh, it was written by the opposing team!!! Do you think they are going to put MOSH in good terms???? They are trying to win a case, read the other documents they put MOSH in a negative light in almost everyone. Thats what the motions for summary judgements are for, but have any of those passed?? Nope.
