You can be assured of 2 things....


1) SSTP has no "rights" to produce anything.....
based on a couple facts , the main one is the fact that USSE holders did not get compensated


2) If USSE dont end up with the bulk of any revenues from any produced fuel ( from this process),

there will be lawsuits up the wazzu....

and I will be the 1st to initiate them ( and I do have the resources)

As they did to the USSE shareholders they shall surely do to the SSTP shareholders.

If any serious money comes the way of this company, a new entity will be formed whereby fewer share in any potential outcomes. It's happened once, It is very likely that it will happen again.

New investors are not going to want their money effected by the fleas present in the usse/sstp structure. If any new money comes in, it will be a preferred stock that ultimately wipes the common of any upside.
