Re: The Future of Biocrude ?
Ron, don't think that because there was little response to your thoughtful observations that those of us out here that mostly "lurk" don't appreciate you expressing your concerns. For quite a few here I am sure this isn't the first time that we have rolled the dice here in "pinkyland"....where the success rate is low and the scruples even lower.

For sure, USSE is not now the company I invested in at the start. It was presented as one company that had the "secret recipe" to help make us energy independent. It would build the reactors, process fertilizer whose byproduct is a revolutionary new fuel. It would then sell and use that fuel to first light Vidalia.....then the world (a bit of an embellishment I know). All within one company...USSE.

Now we have the "new" company SSTP that has an exclusive license to sell what USSE produces...but wait, is it USSE producing it still or is SSTP now actually producing it? And if we have a contract with Borneo Energy for "the fabrication and successful commissioning of commercial type biofuel reactor plant(s) across Malaysia and Indonesia", how is it SSTP's contract and not USSE's? And after the initial build does SSTP benefit at all in the fuel that is produced from USSE's reactor design and recipe?

At first it was simple:
USSE = Build reactors, process "fertilizer", process "waste" as fuel to sell and generate power, collect certs.
Now it seems:
USSE= Hold SSTP shares
SSTP= Build reactors, process biomass into biocrude, collect certs, contract for the sale of reactors and training of USSE's technology.

No, your questions are all valid. And as for the Green Energy Consortium, how do we shareholders of USSE and SSTP benefit? I will confess to be totally confused here. The press release stated that "Sustainable Power Corp. is
proud to announce a reached agreement of a new project named Green Energy Consortium (GEC) based in Baytown, Texas. This agreement is to use SSTP's technology of the conversion of agricultural recycled feedstock to a variety of Green-based products that will produce biocrude, biogasoline, pharmaceutical grade glycerin and 500 megawatts of green power."....yet we don't actually "own" it? And is it SSTP's technology to "give away" in the first place when they were only licensed to sell what USSE produced?

Sorry, I know this has gotten a little long. I feel there is a real need for a conference call to clarify and update us all on both USSE and SSTP.

Re: The Future of Biocrude ?
Pretty much nails it on the head. The only thing you left out was the fabricated PR's to lure more investors money.

Here is an entirely plausible relationship. Green Consortium keeps 80% of revenue, pays JR 10% for his catalyst and expertise, and gives SSTP 10%, which in turns pays 1% to USSE so JR can spite Stanton (and us). No one knows for sure, so entirely possible unless someone can show me otherwise. PLEASE show me otherwise, unfortunately not one person can, or in the case of JR, will.
