The SEC has investigated Globetel and would close them down if they were not working hard toward compliance. As evidenced by the lawsuit, Joe and his cohorts are the ones the SEC are after. If Globetel didn't want to be, they could just close it all down. That is not what they are doing!
Everyone KNOWS the financials will be bad - why would that be a surprise????
Yes, I am anticipating a slight rise in the price of the stock but it will be a single to most that they are KEEPING THEIR WORD keeping in compliance and integrity.
