I thought they might be out today...

and I still expect them "soon". I think this is because the SEC is running out of patience. I don't think it is because GlobeTel is anxious for everyone to see how bad it really is.

I also think that when the financials are filed the immediate reaction may even be a little positive, in that they at least filed the financials. But when we start digging through them and see how bad it really is, reality will set in. I think many will realize after seeing the financials, it doesn't matter if they survive the SEC or not.

The excuse to "not" file the financials has worked to GlobeTel's advantage in that they have been able to hide many of the ugly facts. But now they're between a rock and a hard place and the oprions are bad or worse.
