It seems to me that it is time for a dose of reality here. There are 30M restricted shares which were negotiated by the current management team. Even with the sorry state of the share price what leads anyone to think that these restricted shareholders will not support the current team...You dance with the one that brought you".

All this talk also seems to overlook one key factor, relationships. Sure there are contracts to consider but I venture to guess that the underlying relationships that current management has with the companies/organizations/governments involved, trump the contracts.

Do I have a clue what management's real intentions are...nope. Have I seen what members of the current management team have done to a dissident group of minority shareholders as NNRI came together...the answer is yes. The minority group got diluted to oblivion and some members of the current management team ended up with millions of shares in NNRI.

Could this happen again.. who knows? Does the current management team know how to orchestrate a deal benefiting certain shareholders? Do your own DD.

GIBBER...i think your jumping the gun on a couple things here,first off i share your frusteration .

But one thing i must clarify for you....NNRF is current and fully reporting in all there filings,they are not behind nor did they not file 1st,2nd,3rd quarter...even if they filed for an extention of 2 weeks they would still retian there fully reporting status.Besides,there isn t mush lower you can go on the pinks,i think they next level is hell itself...lol

As for calling for new management,well they have had many...many ..many things pointed of to them,and management has stated to me that they will be addressing them in April,the time needed to address the current bussiness and the audit has not allowed them to impliment some of these messures...

this AUDIT and NNRf year end is important..not just becuase of the numbers contianed but it will show that Todd has put in place the accounting proceedures needed to record the revenues on NNRF s books,this also effects the velcont-electroprivod acquisition s becuase they will also be using the same accounting people set of in Kirov...that why they have a new office and are all moving the manaegement into the same office...not only that but the new JV with ECNC,so NNRF is interagrating 4 different company JVs into one.

Before we get all exciting lets see if they do file on time...they have monday and tuesday to file...lets take a wait and see..

LAST EXCUSE...period...by the end of april if we dont see them make any effort to address these things i ll be making noise along with you...i can wait another 30 days.
