All this talk also seems to overlook one key factor, relationships. Sure there are contracts to consider but I venture to guess that the underlying relationships that current management has with the companies/organizations/governments involved, trump the contracts.
Do I have a clue what management's real intentions are...nope. Have I seen what members of the current management team have done to a dissident group of minority shareholders as NNRI came together...the answer is yes. The minority group got diluted to oblivion and some members of the current management team ended up with millions of shares in NNRI.
Could this happen again.. who knows? Does the current management team know how to orchestrate a deal benefiting certain shareholders? Do your own DD.
