RELM does seem ripe for dilution.
Plus, we're already pushing 10B here, not much dilutional power.

They are almost the same co. though. One thing is forsure they will get there money. If they CLOSE it meens they are paid 5% maybe 1% upfrount, but the papers are stamped as to there job. Funding is in place or it would not be closed, it would be pending or in review,, JMO Val:)
