Help me out here....are the associates getting the preferred shares or common shares instead of salary? If they are getting preferred shares then they might NOT be affected in case of a R/S. We would be the only ones holding the bag.

I know dilution might be necessary to get this puppy moving. However, I would expect that the insiders shares are at risk as ours are. Odd that the preferred shares and the associates getting shares happen to be in play at the same time here. Just my thoughts. Any thoughts on this? Thanks

I agree with your post, wouldn't it be fair to say with 1 bil a/s they plan on selling more shares in to the open market, I don't know what the float is but i'm sure it is very low since they just began trading on the 17th.
