Regardless of what the company says?? They pretty much have covered their ass by being transparent about both R/S and buyback. Unfortunatley I've had that "speculation" also which would explain why loads of shares are being sold at this level still. There is no other reason to sell period after all the developments the past 30 days- unless they already plan to do an R/S. It's still a gamble right now...how are they going to address the ridiculous share structure??? Buyback billions or R/S...my bet R/S. Just my speculation of course.

I see the ingredients too, and am right there with you on the large holdings, fear of RS, and hoping I'm wrong. I also see the possiblity of a RM with the restricted share offering.

Shares structure has to be "REDUCED" 1. Reverse-split [kills us 'Investors'... or
2. Aggressive Buy-back on a gradual basis to help sustain the PPS as it moves higher [ Saves us 'Investors'...IMHO...GLTA...<>
