Come on! Why would they do a buy back?? The R/S option allows them to spend NO money...

ALSO LET ME TELL YOU THIS: I AM NOT A BASHER!!!

Guys - tell me if I'm thinking this wrong here...

They increase share by a few billion - at .0001

We buy up a bunch of those... ok - but then there's a billion or 2 still left over.

They would have to buy those up - but you can bet your ass they ain't gettin' 'em for .0001

They would have to spend a lot more money than they put into them to buy them back... but a R/S??? Easy. No money up front... everyone bails and it "kills" the company... and then they run the WHOLE process again next year or two...
