Material events are supposed to be released asap as they happen. "Not' with held, in an effort to "manipulate" the share price...

But you may be right about one thing...

If anyone would attempt it...

I think they've tried to manipulate their share price for years now...

with overly promotional press releases, letters to shareholders, interviews etc....

Uhhhhhhh; I'd say I'm probably speculating like everyone else here..., aka just making a statement.

I mean look at the size of what the SEC is dealing with; do you think for one minute that GTEM has buckets of financials and other records to sort through; I don't think so. If we were a Fortune 500 company I would surely think a Spitzer-type hotshot at the SEC would be slobbering all over the place, much more interested in beating up on that type of corporation than little ol' GTEM. We (shareholders) can hang out there on a limb for years for all they care. I still feel we're "filler work" for them. That's my opine and I'm sticking to it.

All we are is one small pea in the bucket...
