I am not speaking for them and do not know why they wait on anything. I do know, they could be clear, they could be waiting for financials to come out as a milestone for SEC clearance. I would only release it when I knew everything was ok. as far as stock price, I think every company is in business to raise stock price for shareholders, your distortion of the function of public companies is amusing. manipulation is not defined by PPS going up at any measure.
