Rich has mentioned supply problems publicly during recent months (either in View or PR). Procurement is a major part of Operations, and it's yet another reason I'm so pleased to see the new COO on board.

I don't mind being told no. Why are you opposed to trying? I know you're an enthusiastic long and so am I. It seems that SEVU is being "crimped" by a problem beyond its control that it will no doubt solve. My suggestion could possibly speed up the solution.
What's wrong with that. How can it "muck" them up. Please clarify.
