No question. The suggestion is obviously well meaning, but I doubt there's anything anyone can do to help from the outside.

Rich has mentioned supply problems publicly during recent months (either in View or PR). Procurement is a major part of Operations, and it's yet another reason I'm so pleased to see the new COO on board.
