has anyone calculated an approx number of these 500000 shares that keep Getting purchased? Even a rough estimate would tell us quite a bit.

Totally agree. HCPC has $830,000 cash after the $5.5M closes tomorrow. That is their 5% take. For all those bashers screaming dilution, why would they HAVE to dilute when they just picked up $830K in 2 weeks time?

Another question is why in the world, when things are finally taking the path that the CEO has laid out, would insiders allow more dilution when they need to get back to pennies to realize any profit?

I have seen plenty of dilution stocks, and they all lose their bid support on a daily basis. If I was the CEO, and I needed the pps to get up to around .05 to start seeing profit on my own shares, and I knew I had a $400 Million loan in the hopper with financing already arranged, there is no way I would dilute. Especially if I just got paid $830,000 in fees. I think I would find a way to make that work until that $400M loan closed.

Keep in mind this company has salaries to pay, rent, and hardly no other expenses. BUY BACK MAKES SENSE because dilution doesn't!!!!!

What is in it for the market maker to do this for the company, it sounds like it is against the law. Please don't take this as being negative I just want to know how some of this stuff can actually go on and how it benefits a market maker, unless they hold so many shares for them selves and then sell when the pps goes up? Either way sounds shady.gltu
