I notice that the PR source is IA, not NSOL.....I'm still scratching my head as to WHY they would want to keep touting this TO, isn't it in their best interest to keep PPS down, so they can buy as much of the outstanding as possible at much lower prices, and save many millions of dollars????....and being a private Co, they have no obligation to comment on such things....
it just doesn't add up, IMO....
PS: I still don't see any 5% threshold filings, by IA or anyone else......guess they would rater pay 1.50 per share than the currently PPS that's a fraction of that....
is it just ME that has a hard time making business sense of these antics????
