Remember, the PR originating from IA is the address in the little old strip mall in Woodstock in the photo below (far right building). Not from a fancy, smancy headquarters or office building. Not saying it won't happen because they are using the address of a small accounting company in a strip mall. Just saying it doesn't seem like what a company offering $110M to buy out another would list as their address.

It's like a homeless street person walking up to you on your Harley and asking you how much you want for it.

Well...sort of....

"????....and being a private Co, they have no obligation to comment on such things...."

My thoughts exactly. 'Insiders' here tout management's desire to BECOME private (in part) is all the 'pressure' from us crappy shareholders and naysayers.. THEY have already thumbed their noses at us shareholders by stating they are MORE THAN READY to sell this puppy for a buck fifty.... Now IA has been PRIVATELY negotiating with them.. yet finds the 'need' to TALK TO NSOL'S SHAREHOLDERS THROUGH A PUBLIC 'NEWS' RELEASE!!?? And WHO GIVES A CRAP that Larry Romano doesn't know what 30 days means? We didn't invest in NSOL because we gave a rats ass about what Larry Romano has to say. Just shut up and take it private if you have the will and the money.....
Is the NSOL President (whoever THAT is) 'asking' you to deal with NSOL shareholders now??

"Comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement on February 15, 2008 which covers the specific release of confidential information requested by IA to produce certain financial records and project status agreements for IA to complete its due diligence. Upon the processing of the documents provided by NSOL, IA will complete their due diligence to finalize IA's position including but not limited to filing a formal tender offer. IA is moving as diligently as possible even though this is more than the 30 days it had anticipated to perform its evaluation as stated by Larry Romano.."

'finalize their position on filing a TO'?? Might their position be that they WON'T file one at all? This sounds more like an 'IF' Tender Offer, instead of a 'how much' Tender Offer..

More ambiguity.
