It might actually be to Moshs' benefit if summary judgements were approved for Pxd and Woodside but not entirely for JPM. then there could be focus to the entire case. Instead of Mosh fighting three heavyweights, it would be nice to focus on one. I also think that JPM would be more likely to settle and not go to trial than PXD. JPM could later sue PXD after we get our billion from JPM

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to recall a poster saying last week that the ruling gave all parties 10 days to come to a settlement. Am I mistaken here, because if that were true how could there be a ruling on the summary judgment request until that time has passed?
Sounds contradictory so I am guessing I must be incorrect on the 10 day window.
