I agree. I know there was some talk about the previous motion that was decided last week but this is the big one imo. If the judge denies the defendants motion, then we go forward full speed. Discovery will be reopened and the pressure will really begin to hit PXD. Settlement could be just around the corner. I am sure the shareholders of PXD and Woodside would like this settled as the propert(ies) in question could yield a ton of money but it's currently just sitting there. I am sure everyone feels the same way...enough is enough
