Good DD...

So why are you still a shareholder if you feel that Drake has been deceptive in its information, and that shareholders on this board are 'cheerleaders'?

Words without ACTION are meaningless.

We have seen your words, now where is your action?

They will not get a permit until the samples are tested and results come back. We all know this but thanks for the redundancy. As far as Drake having the permit application sent to them, I believe this to be true, having sent it back, of course not, the lab results aren't back yet. I "predict" the lab results will be available within the next couple of weeks at the latest.

Permits can be obtianed in 90 days if Drake Gold management meets with the BLM in Georgia. With my conversation with Mr. Marconette they will do that as soon as the bulk samples confirm the expected results. I have stated this before as I have done this on my properties in Canada. One permit I recieved in 4 months with meeting with the BLM the other in 6 months but the ladder I was working on it part time due to opertaions on my other silver property.

I have spoken to Susan Wagner myself and you are getting information from a secretary with general information. Governemnts always extend the time frames to the general public because of liabilities. When one actually sits down with the official in charge you will find out that the process is faster. Susan is covering her rear end and good for her. Educated shareholders see through that and understand her position and get little hints like "90 days is possible." I know that is a fact because i am a living testament to that fact. Susan also told me that water is not a issue in GA, which you told correctly. Your conversation with her is somewhat accurate but you spun it completely in a negative direction for no good reason. Some of her words I feel you twisted completely. You need to ask for higher officials like many here have and I have and speak with them because the information you posted is not 100% correct by a long shot. Either way what Drake Gold is doing is amazing and again, I am a little jelous at this property and the way they obtained the equipment. If the bulk samples come back good as I suspect, this company and the shareholders will be made very soon.

As for the equipment, if you knew anyhting about shipping by barge you will know it takes atleast 40 days to hit the U.S coast from time of shipment. the equipment should come in 4 big sized crates with easy assembly.

Furthermore, Drake can sell excess gravel and being that the property is on private land the restrictions are less. How much gravel is another thing but gravel can and will be sold. I have active properties so I know a little about this. Also, any good sized rocks used for construction can be sold as well. I know of one gentleman who is sitting on 1 million dollars of rock and boulders. As production startd that could be a nice feather in our hats as shareholders.
