CC, I understand the concept of not applying for a permit until sampling is complete. Now, just how honest was it for DKGR to issue the Dove Mining PR without explaining that the equipment wouldn't be shipped until bulk samples prove the site is worthy of applying for a permit?
Do you really believe they would have equipment at sea before they had made a determination on whether to apply for a permit or not?
IMO the information and PRs provided by Drake, are intended to lead investors to believe production will be under way in the near future.
