#30568 RE: Jagman #30564

Jagman, you aren't back one day and you are already starting in with the same old thing?

PLEASE share and enlighten the rest of us the "minor" problem Hemi has regarding the total number of shares outstanding? This is the first I've heard of anybody stating that Hemi doesn't know how many shares they have issued themselves! That is a huge accusation! Please do tell the information you have that nobody else does.

Or, are you maybe talking about the DTC issue? The issue that Keith has tried to fix a number of times but they (the DTC) don't seem to want to help?

The TA being "gagged" is not a result of the DTC issue or your claimed "problem regarding total number of shares outstanding". Do a little search here on "gagged" and get back up to speed.

It is a shame you just start posting here again and already say 1) Hemi has a problem with their o/s and 2) TA gagged as a result of a problem with the o/s. Both are nearly laughable and beyond ludicrous. IF you don't think so then I say you really need to tell us where you got this information and why you believe it to be so. The accusation of Hemi having a problem with their total number of shares outstanding is a big one Jag... best be able to provide some proof of it.

But Jagman as you know, since you have been such an advocate on this topic, anyone has the right to call the HMGP TA regarding specific question.

For those that are new to HMGP here is the HMGP TA contact.

Transfer Online,Inc
317SW Alder Street, 2nd Floor
Portland, OR 97204
503.277.2950

Just a heads up, keep your questions short, specific and to the point and I do believe that you will find the TA extremely helpful regrading the information shared.

Interesting you bring that up Jagman.

I got my certificate in December. (I'd like to thank the board for proving once again that cert drives don't seem to work)

I tried to put it back into my account on Friday, drove all the way to the Dallas office of eTrade. They overnighted it and then it shows back up at my house this morning.

The letter they sent just said that the shares could not be held in my brokerage account. Didn't say anything else.

So I was on hold for over a half hour. First with India, then transferred to a Sr. CSR, then they had to research with someone else. So after 30 minutes he doesn't have anything but the word "risk" and no explanation as to whom the risk applies. I explain that I purchased all the shares through my same account and they sent me said "risky" certificate only two months ago. He logs a ticket and supposedly they may have some further information in a few days.

Anyone else have have any trouble with putting their cert back in their account?
