Hemi has some "minor" problem regarding the total number of shares outstanding. Hard to tell how "minor" it is since the "problem" is over a year old, I think. Others may have more info. Some brokerages have restricted trading as a result. Some thought those brokerages were naked shorting, so shareholders got physical certificates which hasn't seemed to help. I think the TA may be gagged as a result...they can't give out an accurate share count legally if the amount isn't known, IMO....

Cash is King until further notice!!!

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
