Thats why i dont think it was a mistake. I believe it to be part of a private deal between Tom and best friend KK. The retail investors were just used to pay for it. I could never see KK get all his debt paid off, but with swvc investors it was possible. Tom probably never expected so many pumpers to get involved and pump it right up to .08. If they didn't and it stayed around the .006 range very few would be out of money the O/S would be the same and the conversions would be done months ago. The only ones that benifited from the Conversions besides KK were Cornell. I would blame cornell for having the PPS pumped the way it was, and now so many out of pocket.
