And, the probable 2-man deal was insignificant, compared
to the 1-man deal, for 5x-super-toxies, that only
required 1 vote 'for' , and nobody else was allowed to
vote 'against' . And, it can happen again, any time.
Probably after the next toxic 'acquisition' , which also
will only need 1 vote.
