fenian32, they painted it down and now they paint it up. Regarding the Legacy Debt, You would think the lawyers would catch it and you would think an experienced deal maker, TS, would catch it. I think he thought he could buy his way out of it and went for it for the timing was right to get all the way to the Hackett's deal and he had no time to waist.

We all had a chance to bail with profits, so no harm done in my book, since he knew we would have legacy to satisfy and he took the steps to lower the common. Hope I am right in my justification.
