goldie ... I believe that if you call your credit card company with your explanation, they can stop the charge to your account by GMFX..

that's an easy one there brother...you just call the credit card company..and tell them that you dispute the charge applied to your card...ie..fraudulent ... they will contact gameznflix..as such..and your card will be credited..either by the credit card company..or gameznflix

then...you can go back and dispute the "yearly" charge on your credit card.....in pa..you have up to 6 months to dispute(i believe)...and get all your money back...or at least attempt to get that...or partial

consumers have more rights than any business...i know...i got burnt for about 10k...from an individual..that flat out lied to their credit card company

anytime you make a purchase..on line...or give a number out over the phone..or similar..you have many "ways out"(consumer)...typically...the only way to fully protect your self(company)..is have the card carrier..show up in person...have it video taped(them making the payment)..and have their signature...attached to their purchase

it's a consumer's market...don't forget that :)

Simple answer to that one. Contact your credit card company and report a false charge on your account. They should be able to recover your money. If they dont find another credit card company. Citibank has fixed my account several times from lame internet companies who decided to falsely charge me.

Wow! Well, it's looking to me that GameznTrix are still at it with their never ending "shady business practices" and are looking to hang themselves.

I should, along with everyone else who was involved with this company, take a closer look at me credit card statements to MAKE SURE they hadn't slid any shady charges on there.
