then...you can go back and dispute the "yearly" charge on your credit card.....in pa..you have up to 6 months to dispute(i believe)...and get all your money back...or at least attempt to get that...or partial
consumers have more rights than any business...i know...i got burnt for about 10k...from an individual..that flat out lied to their credit card company
anytime you make a purchase..on line...or give a number out over the phone..or similar..you have many "ways out"(consumer)...typically...the only way to fully protect your self(company)..is have the card carrier..show up in person...have it video taped(them making the payment)..and have their signature...attached to their purchase
it's a consumer's market...don't forget that :)
