Mike, that is a great point and what I have been thinking as well.

It appears through various filings, that JPM has already "conceded" standing to the MOSH plaintiffs in regard to the current pursuit of litigation against PXD and Woodside. It will be really interesting to see how this plays out.

Mike, You seem to have access to the legal team. Is it possible to assign standing as you suggest?

If that is true, it would certainly solve some problems.
