Sounds to me like JPM may have assigned their right to sue or pursue this claim to MOSH. The trustee says this in documents filed with the SEC. It sure does look like we have standing. In addition our trustee has omitted under oath that their may be an appearance of a conflict of interest!

The judge will not let all the defendants off the hook because a conflict of interest is preventing the trustee from acting in the best interest of the unit holders. The judge and JPM knows this and that’s why the trustee has allowed the plaintiffs to proceed with the suit. Us MOSHers have nothing to worry about...
