I was writing about PXD and Woodside. Unitholders can not sue them, only the trustee and the trustee has stated they are staying on and have declined to pursue the claims.

The intervenors can sue JPM, and perhaps they will.

But something must be done soon to avoid the summary judgement against PXD and Woodside.

And to provide funding to the trust and payoff JPM.

The Trustee's fiduciary responsibility is to look after and pursue the best interests of the Trust and therefore the beneficiaries. Bottom line, end of story.
