It is sad to see you srop out, but I do believe you are mistaken. MOSH has more going for it than the settlement. There are wells online, Mosh does have a trialable case, and even if MOSH ends up with nothing for the settlement, IN THE LONG RUN, Mosh will pay off. This is a buy and hold stock as always. The intervenors know the oil and gas business and and have money at stake and a good case to pursue. The fact that all parties that are being sued are hoping for summary judgement is simply a hope that they can get off easily. MOsh is undervalued tremendously and if I had more money, I would be adding more. It is a heck of a deal.

Have to agree. Maybe I'm seeing this too simplistic but a trustee just can't act with impunity.
