You nailed it with this posting. It is not what is legal or not it is just good business sense to inform your shareholders that your people have been appointed to another companies board. It is all about creditability and intergity when doing business. Scorry you are the one that says we do not know anything about business. An old timer told me right out of college 25 yrs ago people do business with people and it is all about trust. This company keeps losing trust with its shareholders everyday buy their actions. Allen is right it is not the board it is the management. They might be eggheads and talented in the technical end but they sure are not up to the other end of the business. I am like Allen, I stated before I can smell a rat. In this case the scent is going up and the management keeps blowing every chance they have it. The problem their is a freud going in mgt and we are paying

VYSO, working together with its partner the International Nanotechnology Research Center “Polymate Ltd.”, has acquired and is currently selling two priority technologies NIPU and GreenCoat on a commercial basis. In addition to its two priority technologies, VYSO has built a significant portfolio of nanotechnologies, which have been offered through or acquired from the Polymate Ltd.-INRC.

Allen...it appears ""polymate ltd"" is selling these products...does Global own these tech s or are they liecencing them?

As for you r accertion that NNRF Clearly mis stated and mis represented their relationship with Dow Corning is a stretch at best...if Nucap is not able to be applied in it current for and futher engineering needs to be done DOW must be invovled...
and i did nt see any PR from Dow all upset about NNRF s working...so you are just injecting your own spin on a non issue...

And you think NNRF has failed miserably....really take a look and Global...how many years have they had this tech and they are still doing pilot progects..its obvious that Nucap in its present state cannot be used or there would have been follow up orders by now...
