You nailed it with this posting. It is not what is legal or not it is just good business sense to inform your shareholders that your people have been appointed to another companies board. It is all about creditability and intergity when doing business. Scorry you are the one that says we do not know anything about business. An old timer told me right out of college 25 yrs ago people do business with people and it is all about trust. This company keeps losing trust with its shareholders everyday buy their actions. Allen is right it is not the board it is the management. They might be eggheads and talented in the technical end but they sure are not up to the other end of the business.
