It might be legal to say nothing-I am not sure
but to give full disclosure is a higher road.

I look at their faliure to inform in the following context :

- NNRF Clearly mis stated and mis represented their relationship with Dow Corning and product NNRF has a license for Nucap with--Global MAtrechs

- VYSO is involved with anoother Tech that Global has...HNIPU now being adopted by NYC MTA

SOMETHING SMELLS
I am very suspicious of anything from NNRF at this time.

I cannot prove this but the PR by Michael Sheppard of Global
that showed NNRF merely holds a license from GBMRF appeared
to be a reaction by two companys--Global and DOW- NNRF was way
way way out of tune -they are a licensee and thats it to this great tech-I hope that deal is changed NUCAP could do better
with several other partners and I hope that change comes.

THE PROBLEM WITH NNRF IS NOT THIS BOARD

The problem that NNRF has is very very clear

They are eggheads and can't make souffle
meaning this : THE HAVE LOW BUSINESS ACUMEN

Its obvious they have GOOD SCIENCE--but So what
they are starting to make me wonder if they can cut it on the business end--They Cylce time is HORRID -they have not delievered

Over the next few days this Legality thing Scorry will be looked into
If they are in the right-all is well IF NOT
A complaint from a high level will be filed --enough said

Dont give me blowback about threats from me either-thats just good
business if it comes to that and I think this Company
needs to be looked at again

At this time _I regret that NNRF enjoys the depth and breadth of the license for Nucap from Global Matrechs
that they have.

I think they have failed miserably thus far and the license should be revoked in Q1 and re-stated



While I am now speaking about anothers experience
There seems to be evidence of a serious misleading comment
from Mr Sinclaire on a contract for Nucap..This too should be looked into.

I have spent a lot of time on the GBMR board with some true manipulators and wackos--I am now going to re direct my effors
and time-- Something is not right here with this stock and it is not this board. I would like to see this agreement amended
Right to Nucap in Russia is enough.
