You are100% correct, Weby But be forgiving, as most laymen are confused, and unable to distinguish between a copyright, a trademark, or a patent. (Let alone, the legal pre-conditions for obtaining (or being granted, in the case of a patent), each.

Weby, I'm not sure, but I don't think the KTM is useable for the first phase of IBM shipped TPMs. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think Wave would have done anything for this group regarding the KTM. eTS? Yea, since it does local stuff.

If I'm wrong, I would think Wave would be smart enough to have made IBM a priority since there are already +4M TPMs shipped which represents a much larger market than any other PC OEM's established TPM customer base.
