Am I missing something. The copyright insignia refers to what is written on a given page. It is the page that is copyrighted by Toshiba.... and I would guess they put it on the design of their version of the interface design. IMO has nothing to do with Wave...While the fact that it is there or almost there indicates that Wave has finished the promised development of the downloadable version --- which MAY be critical to getting significant business from the five million IBM TPM "bricks".
