Just out of curiousity, where did you originally get your hands on that info about the insurance documents?

Are you aware that the document you are referring to came from among the many documents posted on the JM website?

As such, would that not call in to question the authenticity of said document in light of the SEC's accusations against the creator of that web site?

Also, even if it can be trusted as an authentic document, does it not represent the insurance company's side of the story in order to back up a position they may have wished to take with respect to limiting their liabilities? Wouldn't you wish to hear the other side of the story before using it in the way you have, or don't you care about that?

I think the SEC just pulled the stool out from under your position on this, don't you?

Sam. I guess at some point you either have to believe or not that this company and with its slim management is either going to turn this around or it is not.

I realize and appreciate that you have been a self-proclaimed LONG in this stock ever since its inception. ADGI or whatever....with my respects.

I also respect with a great deal of DD, the need to understand exactly who is in charge of this last (yes, I think this is it or toast) run to a successful conclusion as a merit asset for shareholders. The need to make certain they are squeaky clean is now Paramount and I understand your concerns..they are VERY valid.

We are in a very different time than when you first invested in this stock. You have every right, as all shareholders do, to hold each and every PR, email, IM, posts whatever...accountable....Lord knows you have been really fried, and are understandably angry.

I would just ask you one thing.

Spend as much energy as you have done on this board to cut and paste an indicted man who has fleeced us all, apparently and collectively, and help us find some truth going forward that we can all agree upon.

Is that too much too ask?
