Thank You Thank You and Thank You, Great DD. I have been waiting for this type of info. Now, for everyone that keeps posting JM info from his website - Stop IT -- Joe is charged with making up invoices. So, I think all documents from his site are seriously in question now.

If proven guilty then I would hope that Joe M and anyone/everyone, past/present, connected to/with GTEM(Wells Notice) guilty of participation in any/all illegal actions would be subject to the harshest punishment(s) available including as many years in prison as possible.

I believe that there have been many more Wells Notices issued than those which were sent to Joe M and GTEM.

Now that they, the SEC, has made it's move concerning Joe M and his Wells Notice I would expect that their, the SEC's, next move will be to take action regarding the Wells Notice issued to GTEM.

In an instance like this it is seldom one or two individuals who are guilty. It is more like a rotten onion -- peel away one rotten layer and all you find is another rotten layer, right down to the core.

This sure is a lot different from restating the income as commission income rather than Gross Revenue.

So if income was overstated by 80 % was there not any audit of this? Seems like a lot pesos to pass off on. Seem like a negligence issue with the auditors, no?

Mide OH HAPPY DAY!! I knew Joe Monterosso (Wells Notice) and soon to be Jail Bird was guilty. He wanted to take the heat off of himself and blame others but the SEC finally said "Gotcha big boy". And for those protecting him so much at every turn Shame on you!!!! He stold from ME, you and all the good shareholders that are and where here. I hope they give him the book and throw away the key. WOW that is all I have to say.....

To me, this is extraordinarily sad, and I could give a rats rectum about Joe M. AHowever, as shareholders, we were decieved, and that lack of revenue may have huge implications on past debt and GTEM's ability to pay it. Beware of Chapter 11. What Vern Koenig did not know, (or maybe did) was that Joe M. apparently, no....make that definitely is a crook, but his idea that GTEM would eventually file for bankruptsy may not be far off. My 35K trades went through today at market, when the stock was trading at $.105 X $.11, and they all were executed at $.105. The bid/ask never changed. I will keep an eye on this, but with no news, I don't hold much hope. When LTHU corporate answered 10 questions I sent them, they did not answer one of them. Guess which one....? Yep "Is LTHU still providing battery support to GTEM?". That one, they conviniently left out. docS

thanks for that, mide. It was a real boost to see the seal of the SEC at the top and to finally read exactly how they have taken matters in hand. Who says the SEC never does anything? They certainly do, and I am glad of it.

It is encouraging to see developments that have the potential to ultimately clear the company of it's own checkered past and yes, move forward with a potentially clean slate, possibly under a much needed new name. Not a prediction, just a potentiality that must be balanced with the alternative potentiality of going splat.

Of course you are correct in your follow up post saying we need to hear from the current leaders as to how this is going to be handled going forward.
