what part of GTEM does NOT have bank debt do u people not get.....there is NO BK any where now near ......most likely GTEM will NOT even have to pay a fine.....this was a very elaborate scam run by joe and luis......i don't see how GTEM or even the auditors would catch that.....they were faking invoices....and they looked very real.....really what u want companies to do.....call and ckeck every freaking invoice they send out....like i said......joes site was a look into a very good con man......thats all joe is.....a con man......a darn good one.....but not quite good enough to get away with it......just think if the russian deal went thro......nobody would have ever caught on......would have been way to small with a 600 mil deal running thro the company........well this does explain why that certain someone is willing to pay .40 a share.......once this all clears thro......GTEM files.....relist on the OTC.....raise money.....settle the bad debts.......move forward.......now if GTEM becomes a success or not....well thats mostly gonna depend on what happens with the JV.....atleast in the near term.
