First you tell people NOT to send in their proxies so there won't be a quorum to vote on the R/S (which has been debunked - as non-voting shares count toward the quorum) and NOW you are saying wait until after the R/S to realize any value to the investor ....
WHOSE SIDE ARE YOU ON ????
I would hazard to guess you are in the short-seller category working through some disreputable hedge fund and another R/S will allow you to short the stock right back down to sub-penny levels.
And you have the gall to complain about management destroying our investment value when in fact the very persons responsible for such a decline in shareholder value are the shorters - and loading up their pockets all the way down hoping they can drive the company into oblivion so as not to have to deliver on those short positions.
