Unico will likely be down 50 - 75% within two months from the RS. There is too much existing debt for Management to logically move to convert shares at this time from preferred status.

Since Management's only (save a few shares) benefit is through preferred's, I think you will have to wait until next RS for Unico to show any true value to the investor.
