The Def 14A has been filed but unless the shareholders of this company are collectively a bunch of fools, the R/S will not take place.
It is time for management to step up to the plate.
They claim to have tens of million of dollars worth of tailings and stockpiled ore ready for milling. The mill is on the verge of startup. Within 6 months they should have enough concentrate produced and sold to pay off all the CD holders in cash and have more than enough money to spend on further mine expansions. By that time the refurb work on the Deer Trail mine should be completed to the point of production. And even if it isn't, if their claims are correct, they have enough mill feed stock of economical grade to keep the mill processing concentrate for over a year.
It's time to suck it up and vote NO REVERSE SPLIT and make them prove what they claim. If they cannot prove it, then they should all be in jail.
