High end cars like Racing set the standard and most new technology flows down from.I also will never buy any car from the type of salesman you are describing, those are the one's who gave "car salesman" a bad name, all they want is my money, not my satisfaction. As for the made in America crap,were have you been for the last 15 years? I also worked in Ford, Lincoln, GM, Mercury, Nissan, BMW, VW, and I can tell you there is no such thing anymore as an American car. I also worked in service,and to keep it short, lets just say that's why I drive German cars. So why do you invest? I want more money and since I already have the home's I want, I always assumed people want more money so they can get better home/cars, and security. Hey if you want to pay 40% more for a cheaply built car to support the Unions you have plenty of choice and they are all doing so well building to fit the Marketplace, LOL! BTW, when a car is sold in the US, you still pay Tax on it, no matter what country it's from, and Ford owns Aston Martin, Mercedes did own Chrysler, parts come from all over the globe and so on....
