Your comments don't go against my beliefs..... they go against the allegations as contained in the text of the lawsuit. The SEC is not alleging that Phan received the money from the improper sale of HRCT shares. The money went to HRCT's bank account. HRCT (the company) is a named defendant in the suit.

What part of this don't you understand?

"I have to reply to that comment! You say: "If Phan is guilty, he was acting for Hartcourt and thus Hartcourt will have to pay"!"

Pay, exactly why would you not think hrct as a Company wouldn't be resposible? Phan was the CEO of hrct at the time. He had the final and absolute say about anything concerning $$$$. Who do you think made the decision, ts?

Whether you want to deal with reality of not is your choice. When the SEC suit is finally settled, the stockholders of hrct stock will have paid all these legal fees and penalties. I believe someone said something about $800,000.00 not being a big deal. That may be true but it represents "profits" and not revenues that will have to pay the price. How long will it take for hrct to overcome $800,000.00 in REAL MONEY is a pretty inportant question in my mind.

Sorry if you were offened by the "chicken little" label. It was just a description that I felt fit best at the time. I'm sure you've showed up here for the good of us all. BTW, how did you happen upon this jewel?..hb
