You have to take into account the cost for this level of an upgrade. We are talking about a huge expense for corporations during a trying time for the economy. As each enterprise maps out their plan for conversion it will also coincide with their typical upgrade plan.
None of these delays concern me greatly... forward progress is being made... the tipping point is coming closer each quarter... when it finally arrives it will move quickly... for now we can all be patient and endure... or buy if you are willing..
