No Patents. Via hearsay/rumors, they have opted to just keep it stealth.

The only way you made money on the .0002 price, is if you owned the shell they merged into. Otherwise everyone is a loser from .41 (split adjusted) on down, except (for now) those that bought this last week at .02

What details of behind the scenes deals for the reverse merger were done and by whom is anyones guess.

Production was supposed to start in Jan. 2007, so your guess is as good as anyones right now.

USSE was never at $0.0002. LFZA was there a year ago and LFZA had no product when it was trading that low. USSE HAS a great product and people in here expect a lot more than $0.02/share. Especially when this stock has hit the $0.80 range very fast BECAUSE OF THIS PRODUCT.
Nothing has changed since then. We still have the product, improved, approved, unique and better than any other of the same caliber in the today's market. But this is exactly our problem: Nothing has changed since then...

Re:<"I think USSE clearly has a competitive advantage, therefore I'll be steadily buying over the next few months. I'm curious how long it will take to get fully set up for production. My guess would be a few months.">

Well, you're in luck. Mr. Rivera was set up for production back in January--he moved the pyrolysis reactor he had been using since 1999 in his other failed company, GWEsys, in Port Gibson to a warehouse in Natchez and was set up for production in January. He expected to have a total of 200 reactors up and running by the end of 2007. Now rumor has it that he's packing up his one production reactor (who knows what happened to the plan for 199 more) and moving to Texas so I'm not sure how long it will take to set up but I'm sure it will be swift. That should be good until he moves again to try to start production somewhere else.

Just curious, everyone new that comes here is somehow convinced that Mr. Rivera has a competitive advantage with his pyrolysis oil yet nobody can articulate why. Some make a vague reference to AmSpec but AmSpec never gave any indication either. Can I ask what convinced you that Mr. Rivera had anything above and beyond plain old pyrolysis oil? Also, how did you hear about USSE?

Welcome to the party Buzz! Just a heads up, lotta speculation and powerful opinion on this board, so don't be bashful about doing your own DD. As a USSE 'long', I've learned to keep a grain of salt handy. That said, I share your positive outlook, but can't say anything beyond 'who knows' for a time frame....
